and Verbal section score must be< 400
and both score have to be the same date test

what if my paintings cannot be fitted into an A3 folder. can i insert photograph of it in the folder?

Sure kha you can take a photo of your work and print stick in paper size A4 or A3

May I ask, my SAT C. Reading test scores of December 5 is higher than the older one, but the older one's math score is higher, what should I do?
Can I separately use the scores from different dates?

As you concern the score test,
you may be use SAT Math score form the old one
and use English test other one from CU-TEP or TOFEL or IELTS
**SAT,CU-AAT
if you want to use both of Math and Verbal you can not use the score from different date.
